Salesforce Connections 2025: What We’re Looking Forward To

Salesforce Connections is one of the most forward-looking events on the calendar, and this year’s focus on AI, data, and real-world marketing execution has made us especially excited. Three of us from the Eigen X team will be heading to Chicago to dive into everything from agentic marketing to data compliance in healthcare and insurance. Here’s what each of us is most looking forward to:

Session Title: Navigating AI & Data in HLS without Breaking Compliance

Attendee: Caleb Zautner

As someone who works closely with clients in regulated industries, I’m really looking forward to this session. AI is revolutionizing healthcare marketing, but the compliance hurdles are real — especially when it comes to HIPAA and data privacy. This roundtable brings together HLS leaders to talk candidly about how they’re navigating the approval and rollout process for generative AI. I’m excited to bring back practical insights on how to move forward responsibly while still embracing innovation.


Session Title: Manufacturing Smarter: Service and Order Automation with AI

Attendee: Caleb Zautner

This one grabbed my attention because it combines two things I love — process improvement and automation. I’m particularly interested in seeing how JPW Industries leveraged Agentforce, Einstein, and MuleSoft IDP to transform their order and service workflows. It’s a great opportunity to see how these tools can reduce manual effort and deliver tangible ROI. I’m hoping to bring back ideas we can apply to other manufacturing and B2B clients looking to modernize their operations.

With insurance clients under increasing pressure to deliver personalized experiences, this session is especially relevant. I’m looking forward to seeing how Marketing Cloud and Agentforce can drive stronger lead conversion and policyholder retention. I’m hoping to pick up strategies we can bring to our own clients to help them align data, content, and journeys more effectively across the funnel.

Agentic marketing is something I’ve been following closely, as its implications are significant. This session walks through how to build agent templates and customize use cases directly in Marketing Cloud and Agentforce. As someone who loves getting under the hood, I’m especially looking forward to learning from Salesforce architects and bringing those insights back to our clients and teams to help them reach their customers where they’re at with timely and relevant messages.

This hands-on training session is all about using Einstein and AI to create smarter journeys in Marketing Cloud Engagement. I’m excited to roll up my sleeves and actually build AI-powered journeys — as I’m all about working smarter not harder. There’s something powerful about seeing these tools in action, and I’m hoping to come back with new ways to help our clients boost engagement and get more value from their marketing automation investments.
