I’m excited to learn more about Agentforce and the ease of collaboration and productivity it provides end-to-end. My day-to-day workload consists largely of Tableau development, but several hours of my week are taken up by meetings concerning data sources and ingestion, who needs what, when, and where, and working to consolidate efforts. This session aims to provide a more seamless process for these tasks, and I hope to be able to take these insights and leverage them efficiently with any current or future clients. The use of AI is, generally, still new – and practically unheard of among my current client – so Salesforce’s implementation of AI to effectively house information and assigned tasks, as well as drive productivity cross-functionally, is a great step forward! Hopefully I can apply the knowledge from this session to streamline my typical workday.
