Challenge
SoundExchange had been using Salesforce for nearly 10 years and had been stuck in a state of only working on break-fixes. They were also still using Classic
Eigen X was brought in as a full-time support to handle Admin and Development tickets
We were also tasked with looking for improvements, developing a roadmap, and finding ways they could fully utilize their Salesforce contract
SoundExchange specifically wanted us to offer insight into moving to Lightning, Salesforce Shield, Marketing Cloud, and ways to optimize Service Cloud as they used that heavily

Began daily support on Admin and Development tasks
We were able to create a roadmap specifically designed for SoundExchange that included moving to Lightning, Salesforce Shield, optimizing Service Cloud, utilizing Einstein, and Marketing Cloud
Greatly improved their documentation process and overall organization performance
Began the process of implementing Salesforce Shield
Result
Demonstrated value of moving from Classic to Lightning and began the migration to Lightning process
SoundExchange’s sensitive information such as bank account numbers will now be protected via Salesforce Shield
