Salesforce AI Intern

Job Details: 

The Intern will be responsible for helping customers adapt and realize value from their investment with Salesforce. They will strive to understand the customer’s goals and challenges and draw a clear path for success. In this role, the Intern will be partnering often with Success Managers to help global customers achieve their desired business goals. The result is increased value, adoption, customer satisfaction, and ultimately expansion of the Salesforce footprint. 
 
The ideal Intern can prioritize, multitask, and engage dynamically with a set of customers. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to accelerate problem-solving, analysis, and solution design for customer challenges  

  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to draft, debug, and optimize Salesforce related scripts (Apex, automation flows, integrations, etc.)  

  • Use AI to generate or refine documentation, knowledge articles, adoption playbooks, and repeatable technical guidance  

  • Apply AI models to analyze customer data patterns, operational metrics, and adoption blockers, producing insights and recommended actions  

  • Employing LLMs for rapid prototyping of new automation ideas, validation of business logic, and enhancement of development workflows  

  • Integrate AI tools into command line interfaces for faster development, including autogenerating CLI commands, scripts, and configurations  

  • Use AI powered copilots to improve productivity when working with Salesforce DX, API testing, Git workflows, and environment management  

  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agent force Platform and the broader generative AI landscape, and advise customers on how to incorporate these tools  

  • Support internal teams by identifying opportunities to automate tasks or processes using LLMs, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort 

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to accelerate technical learning, troubleshooting, and solution design  

  • Experience using AI assisted coding environments to draft, review, optimize, and debug various scripts 

  • Ability to leverage copilots and LLM based assistants during Salesforce DX development, Git workflows, API testing, and environment management  

  • Comfort using AI tools to autogenerate or refine documentation, playbooks, architecture notes, and repeatable technical procedures
