Responsibilities: As a Business Development Professional at Eigen X, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth strategy. The Business Development Professional will serve as a key player in identifying, originating, and qualifying opportunities, leading teams through the entire business development lifecycle. This includes shaping strategic account strategies and managing pipelines for designated customers within Federal Civilian, Health, and Defense & Security spaces.
Qualifications:
Positive, high-energy, collaborative entrepreneur
Established reputation of producing new business and exceeding sales targets
Understanding of agency mission and experience selling to an agency's mission
Proven track record and relationships in Federal Civilian, Health, and Defense & Security spaces
Ability to lead business development and capture activities, to include partnering with large Systems Integrators as well as cultivation strategic partnerships with other small to mid-size implementors.
Strong problem-solving acumen and resilience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a Federal system integrator or professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
