401(k) Plan allows employees to receive dollar for dollar matching on the first 3% of their contribution to the plan. On the 4th and 5th percent of contribution, employees receive $0.50 on the dollar. Therefore if an employee contributes 5%, we will contribute 4%. Employees have online access to change funds, make elections, and adjust payroll percentage deductions. Additionally, a Roth 401(k) is a post-tax retirement account also offered through Insperity Retirement Services.

Vision Coverage is available through the Vision Service Plan (VSP). Employees can check eligibility, locate network doctors, view plan details, and learn more about Laser Vision Care discounts online as a member of the VSP Vision Service Plan.

Short Term & Long Term Disability is provided to all full-time employees through Principal Financial Group. Employees can receive up to 60% of their base earnings during a qualified disability leave.

Life and PAI Coverage are available when an employee elects the medical coverage. Employees will receive basic term life and personal accident insurance (PAI) coverage equal to 1 x basic annual earnings with a maximum of $50,000.

Voluntary Life Insurance is available through CIGNA at an additional cost, which includes group universal life up to 6x salary. Guaranteed issue of 3x an employee’s salary (not to exceed $500k) if eligible employee applies in the first 30 days of an open enrollment period.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account is a tax-saving opportunity for full-time employees who are eligible to make health care flexible spending account contributions on a pre-tax basis.

Training and Development include instructor-led course, online training, or a virtual learning center. Insperity offers a catalog of more than 3,000 online courses, including IT and project management training.

Adoption Assistance is available through Insperity for qualified employees. Employees can receive up to $1,000 for each adoption after six months of full-time service.

Paternal Leave entitles employees with five (5) paid days of paternal leave after adoption or delivery of a newborn.

Commuter Benefits is available through an affiliation with WageWorks. This benefit allows you to pay in advance for certain transit or parking expenses with pre-tax dollars through your paycheck.

Employee Service Center provides employees online access to salary information, salary history, a benefits outline, tax deductions, direct deposit information, and a copy of an employee’s most recent pay check.

Optum Care 24 and the Employee Assistance Program offers advice, support and information from nurses, master’s-level counselors, attorneys, and financial planners.

529 College Savings Plans are tax-advantaged college investment programs sponsored by most states and available to any US resident, regardless of state residency. Plan participants make post-tax contributions to an account on behalf of a beneficiary.

Tuition Reimbursement for all educational assistance received by an employee not to exceed $1,500 for courses completed in a calendar year. The course completion date will determine the calendar year to which a reimbursement will be applied. Unused amounts remaining at the end of a calendar year cannot be deferred to the following year
