Best Companies to Work for in America for 2021

Magazine Best Workplaces for 2021. One of only 429 companies nationally and one of 6 in Pennsylvania to be named, the selection process was highly competitive, with thousands of applications being submitted.
The selection process was based on the quality of employee responses to an independent survey performed by Quantum Workplace. The surveys were evaluated on a variety of topics including Trust in Leadership, Individual Needs, Communication and Resources, Manager Effectiveness, Personal Engagement, and Team Dynamics. Company benefits were also reviewed to determine an overall score. Eigen X ranked 30% higher in benefits offerings than the average same size finalist.
