During my internship at Eigen X, one of the most exciting tools I got to work with was Agentforce, Salesforce’s new AI-powered framework for building digital support agents. Like most people, I found the idea of learning AI a little intimidating at first, especially as someone still getting comfortable with the Salesforce ecosystem. But once I got into it, I realized how approachable and well-structured the platform really is.

At Eigen X, we don’t just implement technology, we transform how organizations connect with their clients. A recent success story involves helping a legal services client move from very custom Salesforce legacy live chat system built using Visual force pages, which is slated for retirement in coming years from Salesforce to Salesforce Messaging for Web, delivering a modern, scalable, and compliance-aware solution.

In this demo, we explore Tableau Next and its powerful Concierge Agent using sample commercial pharmaceutical sales and activity data. The focus: uncovering the types of interactions sales reps are having with healthcare providers (HCPs) across their territories.

The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development is a pivotal state government agency dedicated to supporting and nurturing the labor force of New Jersey. NJDOL is responsible for administering a variety of programs that benefit workers (i.e., unemployment benefits, workforce training and development, occupational safety, etc.). A significant part of its function involves managing the Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Family Leave Insurance (FLI) programs, designed to provide partial wage replacement to eligible workers during times of personal or family health-related absences from work.

The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia is a non-partisan, international affairs nonprofit with 130 years of expertise in connecting Philadelphia to the world. The Council helps advance Philadelphia’s understanding of the world by creating the next generation of global citizens and furthering Philadelphia’s position as an international hub for business, education, culture, and sub-national diplomacy. The Council curates speaker programs, professional development, youth education, and public diplomacy. They host global delegations and travels the world reaching more than 125 countries annually.

Pima, is a community college located in Tuscan Arizona. Formed in 1966, the university now offers approximately150 as a comprehensive two-year institution.
