Session Title: Build Your AI Roadmap: 5 Strategic Steps to Success
Attendee: Patrick Martin
Role: Principal and Salesforce Practice Lead
I am excited to be attending "Build Your AI Roadmap: 5 Strategic Steps to Success" at the upcoming Salesforce Agentforce World Tour. As AI continues to reshape the landscape, I’m looking forward to gaining a clear, actionable framework to navigate this transformation. This session should help to demystify the journey by breaking it down into five key pillars, and I am especially eager to learn how to effectively align cross-functional teams around shared business goals. With expert insights from Salesforce Professional Services, I’m ready to move beyond the hype and secure the practical strategies needed to turn AI ambition into measurable success.
Session Title: Talk like An Architect
Attendee: Buyan Thyagarajan
Role: Principal and Salesforce Certified Architect
I am excited to be attending "Talk like an Architect" at the upcoming Salesforce Agentforce World Tour. As an Architect looking to build your skills for the next Agentic revolution, it is important to learn and improve your communication and presentation skills which will help business leaders make the right decisions. For young developers and administrators who are looking to transition to architects, one of the important soft skills to be developed is communication skills which is hard to develop and learn. By attending this session, you will learn to explain complex technical concepts for business users easily. Visually explaining the concepts and performing white boarding sessions is another key skill which an architect should master. At the end of the day, even though AI solutions increase productivity and performance, it is architects who would help to influence businesses to make decisions.
Session Title: Nonprofit Perspectives on Top AI Trends
Attendee: Taylor Hutchison
Role: Consultant/Administrator
One of the major events I’m really excited to attend is the Nonprofit Perspectives on Top AI Trends at the Salesforce World Tour NYC. This session goes beyond the hype and gets into how AI is actually being used in the nonprofit space. I’m especially looking forward to learning about the top trends shaping the sector and hearing real examples of how organizations are putting AI into practice. Even more, I’m excited for the chance to have honest, peer-driven conversations about what’s working, what’s overhyped, and to share how my own organization is navigating this rapidly evolving AI landscape. From someone who works a lot with Nonprofits, I am very interested in learning where things are trending now and in the future.
Session Title: Preparing to Become an Agentic Nonprofit
Attendee: TJ Van Houten
Role: Senior Manager
I'm looking forward to attending "Preparing to Become an Agentic Nonprofit" at the Agentforce World Tour in New York, a breakout session that promises a practical look at how mission-driven organizations can harness Agentforce 360 for Nonprofits to scale their impact, reclaim staff time, and advance their work in new ways. The session will lay out the vision for what it means to be an agentic nonprofit and how to prepare for that shift, showcasing how humans and AI agents can collaborate to drive mission success. I'm especially looking forward to the customer stories and live demos of purpose-built nonprofit agents, with perspectives from leaders at Salesforce, IPRO, and the International Youth Foundation. As someone interested in how agentic technology translates into real-world outcomes for nonprofits, I expect to walk away with concrete ideas about how organizations can begin their journey and how the right blend of people, process, and AI can amplify the missions that matter most.
Session Title: Measuring the Value of Agents in Healthcare & Life Sciences
Attendee: Lakshmi Jahnavi Kasaragadda
Role: Consultant
I am looking forward to attending “Measuring the Value of Agents in Healthcare & Life Sciences” at the Agentforce World Tour in New York. With AI agents becoming more relevant in healthcare, I am interested in how organizations can move from identifying a need to actually launch something usable in a structured way. What stands out to me is the focus on a simple approach to building and scaling agents. I am hoping to get a better understanding of how to turn business problems into practical AI solutions without overcomplicating the process. I am also interested in how to define meaningful KPIs that clearly show the value of these agents in a healthcare setting, especially when it comes to efficiency and real business outcomes. Also looking forward to hearing how others in the industry are thinking about value realization and what is working for them in real-world implementations.
Session Title: The No-Fluff Guide to Fast ROI with Data 360
Attendee: Mike Camilleri
Role: Senior Manager
I’m especially interested in attending “The No‑Fluff Guide to Fast ROI with Data 360” at the Agentforce World Tour NYC. As organizations look to prep for Agentforce, I’m focused on how data strategies can accelerate outcomes rather than slow things down. This session’s emphasis on fast, practical wins with Data 360 really resonates, particularly the idea of avoiding drawn‑out data efforts in favor of targeted, high‑impact pilots. I’m looking forward to learning how teams are framing low‑risk initiatives that deliver measurable ROI quickly, while laying the groundwork for broader ambitions and scalable growth.
