Create new or update existing flows and process builders to better define the integration from the third-party apps into Salesforce

Provide guidance on best practice for data entry and field security

Enhanced donation tracking by categorizing each type of donation into a revenue stream bucket

Build Salesforce email templates and setup automated emails to be sent out based on types of donations

Schedule weekly meetings to answer any questions and address any pain points that is being experienced

New opportunities coming in from Shopify, Classy and Grassroots are now flowing over correctly and being bucketed into the correct revenue stream

Reduced the number of record types, updated many of the page layouts to only show necessary data and made certain fields required

Put rules in place to distinguish certain types of opportunities and categorized them, updated all existing reports to use new Revenue Stream field and created additional reports based on feedback
