Brandywine is a $500 million, publicly traded, full-service commercial real estate company with more than 220 properties and offers workplace environments to shape the setting for collaboration, connection, and productivity that enables business success.​

Challenge

• Develop a tenant portal to process service requests, visitors, and resources that is accessible by both web and mobile devices​

• Integrate real-time local traffic and transit information inside the tenant portal for the user’s home office location​

• Develop an enterprise document management system to store leasing, vendor, and construction contracts.​

Solution

• Our team helped Brandywine develop and launch a tenant portal using ASP.NET MVC, C#  Microservices, and JavaScript.   Core Commercial Real Estate system is Yardi. ​

• Worked with Brandywine to integrate third party APIs from Google, Septa and Regional Rail and PATCO for real time traffic information using JavaScript.​

• Assisted Brandywine with development of an advanced search system of internal documents using ASP.NET Core, C#, AND Angular.​

Result

• New Product, Brandywine Connect, a fully responsive web application which is being used by all tenants to create and manage service requests as well as schedule local resources and amenities.​

• New internal search application that centralized and secured all business contracts with advanced filters and audit history.​

• Delivered a common back-end API that is being used across all client applications that greatly reduced the amount redundant code from previous systems into one scalable solution.​
