During my internship at Eigen X, one of the most exciting tools I got to work with was Agentforce, Salesforce’s new AI-powered framework for building digital support agents. Like most people, I found the idea of learning AI a little intimidating at first, especially as someone still getting comfortable with the Salesforce ecosystem. But once I got into it, I realized how approachable and well-structured the platform really is.

As a Salesforce Architect or an aspiring architect whether you are a solution, technical or enterprise architect, there is a common interest in setting goals or focus in 2025. The question will be on what areas do I focus for this year to make yourself valuable to your company and increase your brand and career? As an architect myself, I struggle with this topic area every year. We have competing goals like our certifications, company objectives, our time and Salesforce priorities.
