Sessions We’re Excited About at the Agentforce World Tour DC

The Agentforce World Tour DC is coming to Washington, D.C. on March 26, bringing together innovators, industry leaders, and the local community to explore the latest advancements in Salesforce, AI, and data. It’s always an exciting opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and see how organizations are shaping the future with Agentforce and next-generation analytics

As we gear up for an inspiring day, our team is sharing the sessions we’re most excited about and the ideas we’re looking forward to exploring.

Session Title: Better Together, Tableau Next, Tableau, and CRM Analytics
Attendee: Bri Harlow
Role: Analytics Manager

For DC World Tour, I’m most looking forward to attending the “Better Together, Tableau Next, Tableau, and CRM Analytics” session. This session, led by Wes Weicht and Jake Paiva, should inform analysts to the up-and-coming changes happening to our world. In order to best “futureproof our analytics strategies”, it’s critical to know when to recommend Tableau vs Tableau Next vs CRM Analytics – or some combination! – to our customers. This will help keep their data secure and maximize its impact. I am also interested to hear how other companies have applied their analytics strategies during the breakout portion of this session.

Session Title: 5 Ways to Build Your Team's Confidence with Agentforce
Attendee: Arwen Gormley
Role: Marketing & Operations

As someone who is entering the operations space at Eigen X, I'm excited to attend the "5 Ways to Build Your Team's Confidence with Agentforce" session at the Agentforce DC World Tour. This session will give me tools to understand Agentforce as a whole and how AI tools can help each team reach their full potential. As someone who is relatively new to using AI in my work, I'm excited to understand the capacity of Agentforce and learn some ways in which I can implement it into my own operations work going forward.

Session: Better Together, Tableau Next, Tableau, and CRM Analytics

Attendee: Andrew Cooper
Role: Manager

Discover how to futureproof your analytics strategy. Leverage Tableau Next, Tableau, and CRM Analytics together for maximum impact.

I am looking forward to the session, "Better Together: Tableau Next, Tableau, and CRM Analytics," because it focuses on how to build a resilient and forward-looking analytics strategy by bringing these platforms together. As organizations navigate growing data complexity, understanding how Tableau Next, Tableau, and CRM Analytics complement one another can help create a more connected and efficient analytics ecosystem. I am particularly interested in learning how this unified approach can streamline reporting, improve data accessibility, and enable teams to move from insight to action more effectively. Gaining clarity on how to strategically leverage each solution for maximum impact will be valuable in shaping a scalable, long-term analytics roadmap.

Session Title: Tableau Next: Powering Decisions, Driving Actions
Attendee: Parth Kulkarni
Role: Consultant

For DC World Tour, I’m most looking forward to attending the “Tableau Next: Powering Decisions, Driving Actions” session. This session, presented by Salesforce product and solution leaders, will introduce the concept of agentic analytics and how Tableau Next enables organizations to move beyond traditional dashboards toward automated, action driven insights. As analytics continues to evolve with AI, understanding how human and AI agents can collaborate using trusted data will be critical for modern analytics teams.

I’m particularly interested in learning how the four layers of the Tableau Next platform support decision making and help close the gap between insights and action. The integration of AI driven recommendations and real time alerts through tools like Agentforce and Slack also sounds like a powerful way to bring analytics directly into the flow of work. Attending this session will help me better understand how Tableau is evolving and how these capabilities can be applied to build more proactive and intelligent analytics strategies.
