Challenge

  • Inconsistent data governance and data quality that didn’t align with other master data systems.​

  • Capturing information related to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Non-reoccurring revenue (NRR) on Products and displaying them on related records like Quote Line Item, Opportunity Line item, and Order Line Item.​

  • Performance issues and Governor limit errors on various automations such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.​

  • Implemented new business process to capture ARR/NRR data on products and developed automation to roll it up to related records.​
