Session Title: How to Build and Scale a Data Culture in Public Sector
Attendee: Eric Kopczynski
Role: Analytics Consultant

I can’t wait to attend the "How to Build and Scale a Data Culture in Public Sector" session at the World Tour DC! Having confidence in your data is vital before data driven decision making can even start. How data is organized and accessed can drastically impact the speed decisions are made. Setting up a positive data culture where definitions are clearly outlined and employees know where to get the information they need becomes even more vital as companies increase in scale. I am excited to learn Data Culture best practices and take these concepts to my clients and their high growth potential.

Session Title: Connect Marketing and Sales by Empowering Distributed Teams
Attendee: Joe Doyle
Role: Senior Salesforce Consultant

I’m looking forward to “Connect Marketing and Sales by Empowering Distributed Teams”. This session, led by Brett Bothe, allows you to learn how to connect every moment across a customer’s lifecycle by powering both sales and marketing experiences, utilizing both data and AI. A customer’s lifecycle explores the various stages that a customer goes through during a transaction. During that life cycle, a customer’s information is constantly changing. I am very intrigued to learn how Salesforce can combine both AI and data to deliver the best Marketing.

Session Title: How to Store and Structure Your Data
Attendee: Sofia Connor
Role: Salesforce Consultant

One of the amazingly fascinating things about the world of data is how it 'works' and how different elements relate to each other. This begs the question, is there a best way to store, structure, and manage a system fed by data? If so, what steps can I take to actively implement best practices? With this in mind, I'm excited to attend the “Best Practices: How to Store and Structure Your Data” because it tackles the foundation of data's usefulness and unveils much of its hidden power. Understanding how to store and structure your data isn't just about meeting the needs of current and future clients, it allows me to see the technological world in an intricate and dynamic fashion.  By learning from Salesforce experts, I will gain the knowledge to transform data into a springboard of insights that span across industries and further allow me to harness my architectural understanding. I am excited to see how this session will apply insights, automation, and all things generative AI.

Session Title: How to Adapt Your Analytics Strategy in an AI World
Attendee:  Jack Labbe

I'm excited to attend "How to Adapt Your Analytics Strategy in an AI World" with Edward Beaurain, from Salesforce. As AI rapidly evolves, organizations must rethink their analytics approach to maximize value. I plan to add these insights to my existing portfolio of advanced analytics knowledge so that I can help support clients’ discovery of new and valuable insights.

Attendee: Renee Theis
Role: Salesforce Senior Manager

I'm looking forward to "Achieving and Demonstrating Zero Trust Readiness".  Zero trust is an approach to cybersecurity that goes beyond “trust but verify” and treats all networks and traffic as potential threats.  An executive order mandates that government agencies implement a Zero Trust Architecture by September 2024. This session, led by Own, discusses access and security considerations specifically for Salesforce Administrators.  Since my consulting career began with federal clients, I’ve always had an interest in how new cyber security policy affects our government.

In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, APIs serve as the backbone for seamless data exchange and connectivity between disparate systems.
