Sessions We’re Excited About at Salesforce Connections 2026
Salesforce Connections is one of the most exciting events of the year for marketers, digital leaders, Salesforce experts, and teams looking to better connect data, AI, and customer engagement. This year’s agenda is focused on agentic marketing, adaptive customer experiences, personalization, loyalty, real-time insights, and hands-on innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem.
If you’re attending Connections or will be in the Chicago area from June 3-4, please reach out to us at info@eigenx.com to set up a meeting.
Session Title: Marketing That Sparks a Conversation: Why Talk Is No Longer Cheap
Attendee: Mike Camilleri
Role: Senior Manager
I’m looking forward to “Marketing That Sparks a Conversation: Why Talk Is No Longer Cheap.” Marketing is continuing to shift from one-way messaging to more responsive, personalized, and conversational engagement. With AI and real-time data changing how customers interact with brands, marketers need to think beyond sending the right message and start thinking about how to create meaningful two-way experiences. For our clients, this is relevant as more organizations look to modernize their marketing operations and make better use of the tools they already have in Salesforce. I’m excited to bring back ideas on how Marketing Cloud, automation, and connected customer data can support more timely, useful, and personalized communication.
Session Title: Battle of the Builders: The Agentforce Hackathon
Attendee: Buyan Thyagarajan
Role: Principal and Salesforce Certified Architect
I am excited to attend “Battle of the Builders: The Agentforce Hackathon” because it brings Agentforce use cases into a hands-on, real-world setting. Seeing admins and builders design, configure, and deploy Agentforce solutions live is a great way to understand what is possible beyond the high-level product messaging. I’m particularly interested in how teams approach scalability, governance, and practical business value when building agentic workflows. For clients, the most successful AI use cases are not just the most impressive demos. They are the ones that solve real problems, reduce manual effort, and fit naturally into existing processes. I’m looking forward to seeing what ideas come out of the hackathon and how those lessons can inform future Salesforce solutions.
Session Title: Frictionless Loyalty: How to Turn Service Moments into Retention
Attendee: Kristin Voelz
Role: Lead Senior Consultant
I’m interested in attending “Frictionless Loyalty: How to Turn Service Moments into Retention.” This session stands out because it connects marketing, service, and customer experience in a practical way. Customer loyalty is shaped by every interaction a customer has with a brand, especially when they need help, support, or a quick resolution. I’m looking forward to learning how organizations are turning service moments into stronger retention opportunities. For many clients, this is where connected data and cross-functional Salesforce strategy can make a major difference. When teams can align marketing, service, and customer insights, they can create experiences that feel more consistent, proactive, and valuable.
