Job Summary

Recruiting / Staffing

  • Review staffing requests and determine needs
  • Provide initial search with Linked In, Dice, etc.
  •  Update database of candidates and independent contractors
  •  Schedule candidates for interviews
  •  Anonymize and convert resumes to our format

Financial / Admin

  •  Become familiar with Harvest time and expense reporting system
  •  Update QuickBooks online and assist with billing and invoicing
  •  Assist with forecast/budget spreadsheets
  •  Other tasks as needed
  •  Sending out and receiving mail and packages
  •  Performing multifaceted general office support
  •  Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities

Sales / Marketing

  • Manage Mailing lists / contacts / follow up (learn Mailchimp list mailer)
  •  Maintain and update our Website, recruiting site, LinkedIn and Facebook Client Work
  • Assist project teams as needed
  •  Follow up on customer requests for information
  •  Preparing internal support materials
  • Sending and receiving forms for the company

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills leading to practical application
  • Ability to interface with corporate executives, recruits and other firms
  • Ability to masterfully deal with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands
  • Intellectual and behavioral flexibility
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus

Job Qualifications Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in overall minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0. The willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed is also required.
